The agreement between you and Waypost.

These terms describe how the software behaves, but they are not a finished legal agreement. They have not been reviewed by counsel and omit clauses a production service requires, including dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and governing law. They must be replaced with reviewed terms before Waypost serves real customers.

What Waypost is

Waypost is a platform for recording your U.S. address and submitting address-change requests to organizations you select. It acts on your explicit instruction and only for the organizations you choose.

What Waypost is not

Waypost is not a bank, a government agency, a postal service, or an agent of any organization listed in the directory. It holds no regulatory certification and is not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS, the FDIC, or any state or federal agency.

Preview release

In this release every organization in the directory is fictional and labelled Simulated throughout the application. Submitting a request does not contact a real company and will not change your address anywhere.

Your responsibilities

You must be the person authorized to change the address on the accounts you select, and the information you enter must be accurate. Keep your Waypost password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

No guaranteed outcome

Each organization decides for itself whether and when to apply an address change. Waypost does not guarantee that any organization will act, nor within any particular timeframe, and it reports each organization's status separately rather than implying a single result.

Account suspension

Accounts used to submit changes for people who have not authorized them may be suspended.
